An attack directed at the King is always the best choice in any game. If the King is surrounded by defenders, there are several ways of forcing them out of the way. However it is a different story when the defenders are helping the King from afar; these pieces can be as far away as the other side of the board and still stop or delay the attack. This is the situation we are facing: all Black pieces are as far away from their King as you can see, while still providing a good defence. Your tasks:
a) You won't find the Black King lonelier than now; prepare a plan for attack and explain it
b) Execute the plan and prove that White can win anyway
c) Is it easier to win this way, or when the King is surrounded by defenders?

Puzzle #190 solution:
Espig - Adamski, Lublin 1970. I got some surprisingly good and bad answers. Philip's answer was the most organized and clear:
a) See solution
b) Reasons for a successful attack:
1. White's Rooks are controlling open d- and f- files
2. Black's King safety is poor, no King defense
3. Black's Queen is at bad position, and is not fully used
4. Black's Bishop pair is not really developed
c) It will definitely make a difference if it was Black to move first. Black can do 1... Be7 to stop White's attacking idea.
